The home building process encompasses everything from pre-construction planning to post-construction support, and Bosak Construction has invested extensively in developing systems and technology which support an Integrated Team Process approach. This approach provides for higher quality, reduced costs, and shorter production times.
Bosak Construction is a custom home building firm located in State College, Pennsylvania. We provide a management-oriented approach, coupled with extensive pre-construction planning in order to build architecturally significant projects. Our team is led by Brennan Glantz who is a construction professional with a diverse background & high-level experience more common to larger commercial firms. Our extended team includes select artisans and specialty contractors and consultants from the greater Central Pennsylvania region.
